Hiking in Japan

While they may not be the highest Japan has to offer, the mountains of Okinawa sure make up for it in flora and fauna: dense jungles, unique wildlife, and incredibly slippery terrain. Currently I’ve only explored the Yaeyama archipelago, but I hope to include some hikes from the main island in the future.
